Montreal Snow Festival La Fête des neiges turns Parc Jean-Drapeau into a winter wonderland, featuring activities for kids big and small as well as for adults. The Montreal Snow Festival 2014 edition, running every weekend from January 18 to February 9, 2014, proposes new features as well as old favorites, highlights I'm convinced you and your kids are going to love. Some are free, some are not. Note that admission to the grounds themselves is free. Parking is $16 to $18 for the day.

In addition to offering dogsled rides at a discounted rate of $12 ($6 for ages 10 and under) a steep drop in comparison to the park's regular $65 rate, the 2013 Snow Festival edition proposeD a $25 package deal for access to the Montreal Snow Village, tubing and zipline section (special $20 rate for ages 12 and under).
