What Makes This Sugar Shack Special?
A sugar shack and an apple orchard, Érablière Denis Charbonneau (a.k.a. Verger Denis Charbonneau) offers not only a traditional all-you-can-eat sugar shack style menu, complete with baked beans, tourtière and pork rinds but also proposes apple-centric menu items such as apple crêpes and veal with applesauce, a rarity in sugar shack land. And the kids among you will love the on-site pony rides, mini-farm and free wagon wides. This sugar shack can also accommodate groups of 80 or more.

Cost
Sugar shack meals vary from $18 to $24 for adults, $10.50 for kids 11 to 15, $7.25 for kids 4 to 10 and free for tots ages 3 and under. There are also à la carte items such as stuffed crêpes ranging from $8 to $16 -- stuffing choices include apple, seafood, sausage, asparagus and more -- as well as tables d'hôte options -- soup, entrée, main dish, dessert -- ranging from $31 to $36.
