Champagnerie Montreal: Bar à Sabrage?
A bar specializing in champagne opened with a saber? This would be a first for the city. Naturally, I sussed out the guaranteed-to-be-a-Montreal-hotspot at the pre-opening, testing out a few of their signature drinks, notably the Champagnolada, Baie et Bulles and Ali La Pointe.

Wednesdays evenings feature industry night. Sundays feature brunch as of 11 a.m. The concept is all-you-can-eat and costs $35 per person, drinks and taxes not included. Contact management to find out which dishes will be served.
