And for such a large structure, it's tucked away on an elevated hill below Rose Hill in the Mount Royal Cemetery. Among the family members buried there are patriarch and Molson Brewing Company founder John Molson Sr. and his wife Sarah Vaughn.
Built in 1863, the Molson Family Mausoleum is three imposing vaults and a lighthouse-shaped structure visible below.
