Free Christmas Choir Concerts: Les Choralies de la Chapelle Notre-Dame-de-Bon-Secours
"The Choralies of Notre-Dame-de-Bon-Secours Chapel present six choirs that will delve into Christmas carols of various origins for the entertainment of both young and old. Hymns and popular carols will share pride of place and today’s works will join up with those of bygone days. Historic vignettes on the origins of the music, songs and customs of Christmas will add to the performance of the choirs." Free admission. From beauty products to wine accessories to designer ready-to-wear, expect a fairly high-end Christmas shopping experience with affordable finds here and there. Proceeds go to funding Les Grands ballets canadiens de Montréal. Admission for 2011 coming soon.
