    • Free Christmas Choir Concerts: Les Choralies de la Chapelle Notre-Dame-de-Bon-Secours
      "From November 30 to December 22, 2013, Notre-Dame-de-Bon-Secours Chapel will resound to the music of the Choralies. Offered on Saturdays and Sundays at 1:30 and 3:00 p.m., these concerts of Christmas carols will help you to experience the magic of the holidays. Given the huge success of past year’s offerings, a closing concert with the Da Capo ensemble will be presented on Sunday, December 22nd at 8:00 p.m. For this year’s edition, we have the pleasure of welcoming six new choirs including a children’s choir on November 30, 2013.     • Christmas in the Olympic Park
      "Christmas in the Park is an exciting project that has been bringing the arts and culture to Montreal's parks for twenty years. For the first time, The Esplanade Financière Sun Life becomes the East Pole and the heart of all Christmas in the Park activities at the Winter Village at Olympic Park from December 1, 2013 to January 5, 2014. In addition to a traditional sheep pen and Christmas tree sale, festivities include performances by musicians, singers, storytellers, and a variety of other entertainers. From Mondays to Thursdays, visitors can warm up by a fire, warm their bellies at the food stand, and enjoy free skating at night*. An exciting lineup of concerts and performances will be added to the programming from Fridays to Sundays. With Christmas in the Park, the Winter Village at Olympic Park will be transformed into a festive and friendly winter playground to share with friends and family!"       Dubbed the biggest professional craft show and sale in Canada, the Salon is packed with gorgeous gift ideas for the holiday season created by over 400 Quebec artisans. Chocolate, maple and other confections on site. Prices on the high side though eagle-eyed bargain hunters will find deals to be had. You could easily wrap up your holiday shopping right here, no pun.
